· Rent collected by property manager and deposited into the Landlord’s account (landlord will receive rents 2-5 business after the rent payment has been made to the property manager)  

· Move-in and move-out reports 

· Ensure the Tenant is property registered with the building management

· Oversee work, renovations, or repairs
